The Lake has been drained and Muschlitz Excavating started
working on the dam repairs in August of 2010.
The dam repairs will be completed by September!
LLHF is working with the PA Fish & Boat Commission on a
$100,000 Fish Habitat Restoration Plan!
FUNDING FOR THIS PLAN IS BEING RAISED BY LLHF!!!
Fishing at the Lake is schedule to reopen in 2015 or 2016.
LLHF is working with Lehigh County to improve the trail system
around Leaser Lake.
LLHF is working to raise funds for a Park Master Plan!

| On September 28, 2007, Gov. Rendell presented a check for 4.8 MILLION DOLLARS to Lehigh County Executive Don Cunningham. Combined with the $500,000 which has been pledged by Lehigh County, there is now sufficient funding to repair the Leaser Lake Dam!!! THANK YOU to everyone who has supported the efforts to get this funding!!! |
